IT Product Developer PDM & Configurators

Introduction: 

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in either Product Data Management (PDM) or Configurators. A combination of both areas is highly desirable. The PDM role focuses on managing product data across our ERP systems, while the Configurators role involves solutions from configured product selection through 3D CAD design automation to manufacturing and spare parts management.

By joining us, you will become a member of the Product Lifecycle Solutions Team within Group IT. The Product Developer role supports the Product Manager in this area.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager for PDM & Configurators.

• Support solution roll-outs to new sites, focusing on ERP and Configurators.

• Provide end-user support and ongoing solution maintenance.

• Ensure product data quality to facilitate transactional processes and analytics.

• Implement software changes based on business requirements.

• Work directly with software support teams.

• Define best practices for software usage.

• Develop and maintain the IT Knowledge Base.

Our Requirements:

• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Experience in one of the following areas: Product Data Management, Configure Price Quote, or Design Automation.

• Basic programming and SQL knowledge.

• Familiarity with CAD tools is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
