The global Operational Technology Center, OTC, at Nederman is dedicated to advancing cross-product platform solutions that bridge the gap between traditional industrial equipment and modern digital technologies. Our focus lies in developing new ways of controlling our equipment to improve performance, reduce costs, and reduce their environmental footprint. Data is systematically collected through our fleet of connected devices, aiding our ongoing development initiatives, and delivering valuable insights. Empowered by cutting-edge AI technologies, we seamlessly provide these insights to our customers through user-friendly web and mobile applications. The objective is to build highly integrated digital platforms to create products and solutions that only Nederman – The Clean Air Company can offer.
What you will do
As our Project Manager (PM) and subject matter expert (SME), you will play an important role in contributing to cutting-edge technology and innovation, mainly within software development but also hardware.
You will lead and coordinate development projects from concept to delivery, acting as the driving force behind successful execution. This includes managing daily project and resource planning, timelines, financial and risk control, and quality standards while fostering collaboration across teams.
Working closely with Scrum teams, you will oversee the entire agile process and manage Scrum cycles across multiple projects to enhance efficiency and teamwork.
In parallel, as PM SME, you will develop and refine our project management processes and frameworks, driving continuous improvement within the OTC organization.
We believe you have
- At least five (5) years as a Project Manager in agile software development. Experience in agile roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner is highly valued as well as experience from working in Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to establish a unified working methodology across projects, manage multiple Scrum teams, and balance short- and long-term goals. Strong understanding of time and cost control, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- A curious and passionate mindset about agile software development, committed to quality and achieving business objectives.
- Solid leadership skills with a genuine passion for coaching teams and individuals to grow and succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
